All MB QUART speaker systems include pure titanium dome tweeters. Titanium has a greater weight-to-strength ratio than any other tweeter material available today and offers clear, undistorted highs. All MB QUART midrange speakers use a mineral-based polypropylene to withstand the harsh automotive environment and deliver a smooth distortion-free midrange and explosive midbass. By adding minerals to the polypropylene, MB QUART adds rigidity, lightens the cone by displacing the polypropylene, and adds the ability to tune the cone for its intended frequency range. Every MB QUART crossover is meticulously designed specifically for the speakers it's paired to. These crossovers feature the tightest component tolerances available today ensuring that you get all of the sound you paid for.
